Customer focus:
I am passionate about providing honest personalised service. A lot of my customers are time
poor, so if I come to them or they come to me it's efficient. Too many salons let their customers
wait in between salon services.
If they ask for help, they get it. I'm not pushy. The concept of long term service results in the
hairs integrity being a key focus - clients have shiny, long lasting colour - resulting in fewer
salon visits. "I listen to what each client wants. I start building up a detailed record of a
customers previous and current treatment services, their hair texture, condition, long term style
aims, body shape and lifestyle, so that when a new hair trend comes in that I know will suit them,
I can happily suggest an idea. Every service is personal. ” I don't send out mass messages
saying new stock has arrived. Every phone call I make is personal."
I suppose if I had to sum it up I would say : – I like what I do – I like seeing my clients pleased
with my work – I like to think I offer great packages that are reasonably priced – and most of all
I pride myself on being flexible. If I can deliver what my client wants when they want it or need
it, that makes me feel successful.
